Sabella and Jacob had the coziest micro-wedding at East Cooper Baptist Church and White Point Garden, with reception at a beach home in IOP! Surrounded by family and friends, they were all smiles throughout the whole day. You could just feel their excitement of getting married with everyone they love around them!
These three flowergirls were just adorable! And that first look down the aisle for Sabella and Jacob was everything!
East Cooper Baptist Church is such a beautiful church with its chandeliers, vaulted ceilings, and big windows!
When we have a traditional church wedding covered, I love to get a few photos of the newlyweds on the altar before we move to a separate formals location. And what a beautiful church to take photos!
Onto family formals, where I always love getting special moments between family, especially with parents! Typically for micro-weddings and elopements, I am the sole photographer, so we always discuss timeline and coverage you need to make sure you don’t need a 2nd photographer to be at another spot while I’m in another at any point of the day. For their wedding, they delayed their cocktail hour start time a bit, so I could get formals and a few candids at cocktail hour afterwards without needing to add a 2nd photographer in!
White Point with its oak trees and white gazebo is just unreal in how stunning it all is!
Once we finished formals with family and wedding party at White Point, we strolled the surrounding streets of downtown Charleston with the newlyweds!
And finally, we headed to the reception on IOP where we got a few last portraits of the newlyweds on the beach! What a perfect day!
Congrats to the newlyweds!
