Kaitlin and Kris had a gorgeous wedding at Old Wide Awake Plantation the weekend before Hurricane Florence hit!
Their timing couldn’t have been better.
They got a little good luck with Charleston rain (read:buckets) before the sun broke out, just in time for a stunning ceremony and reception!

How adorable are these monogrammed robes for the girls?
This wraparound porch was the perfect location for bright and airy formals while the rain passed over us!
Kaitlin had a sweet reveal with her dad, one of my favorite moments of the day!
Once Kris was ready, Kaitlin came around the corner for their first look! The joy on their faces!
Right before the ceremony, the rain finally passed and the sun shone!
This little flower girl and ring bearer were so adorable! 
Once the sun was out, we had to grab some fun wedding party and newlywed photos!
There is something so romantic about bridal photos on an ivy lined stairway! <3
At cocktail hour, the newlyweds offered their signature cocktails and the catering platters were amazing!

The dessert table was mouth watering!!
After the cake-cutting, I took the newlyweds out for some night shots underneath the line of trees!
As the reception winded down, Kaitlin and Kris had their last dance with all their family and friends with them!
With a party this great, you have to end it with a sparkler exit!
