It was a sunny day in Charleston at the Daniel Island Club for Christian and Denise’s wedding! This was the first time I have photographed a wedding at the Daniel Island Club. The views it has of the Lowcountry are spectacular! As a Charleston wedding photographer, this makes me so happy I made the decision to move down here a couple years back.
The ceremony took place overlooking the marsh. While it was a hot day, we had the perfect breeze coming through. Denise and Christian decided to keep it as a small, intimate wedding with only the closest family and friends attending. We even had a family member who couldn’t be there skyped in to see the service.
At sunset, we walked down to the docks to capture golden hour portraits of Denise and Christian.
Denise looked stunning in her dress from Gown Boutique of Charleston. Her bridesmaids also wore the perfect color of pink for a feminine style.
After we had concluded the formals of the wedding party, we got back to the party at the reception. Colored lights and a fog machine made for some great dancing photos! What a day to remember!
