Holy moly, it’s snowing in Charleston! While the city is having a little snow day today, I decided to look back on one of my favorite Boone Hall winter weddings. It was slightly cold (nothing like today) and not a cloud in the sky. Morgan was such a beautiful and kind bride, beaming with happiness every moment. She chose vibrant colors of red and purple to jump out against the muted hues of the large oak trees. She even had a family knitted shawl to wear as the sun set and the winter cold set in. Josh and his groomsmen wore dapper grey suits with purple and red bouttonnieres. He was all smiles and couldn’t wait to see his gorgeous bride…and that is just the start!
So cozy up with your hot cocoa and view this stunning wedding of Morgan and Josh.

Had a little fun with prisms today for this ring photo!
Their invitation suite fit perfectly with their sweet whimsical wedding!
Quick photo of the girls at the Isle of Palms beach house before heading off to Boone Hall!
Boone Hall winters still have some vibrant greens! Oh Charleston, I love you! 😀

Morgan couldn’t have picked a greater group of friends by her side!

Nancy’s Exotic Plants created these gorgeous bouquets!

After photos with the bridesmaids, Morgan had a quiet moment to see her father for the first time. I love father daughter moments, always brings a tear to my eye.

Josh was grinning from ear to ear. This wedding was such a joy!

Reading the note from his future bride…

They had the ceremony at the Cotton Dock, one of my favorite locations at Boone Hall, overlooking the water.

The perfect lounge set up for guests!

Can’t be a Boone Hall winter wedding without some fire to keep warm!
